Deepak Bhawnani

Mr. Bhawnani is the Managing Director at FIOS, a tech-enabled risk mitigation solution. He began his career in 1987 in London, U.K. with Kroll. He moved to Hong Kong in 1993 to expand their Asia operations and was Managing Director & Country Head India from 1996-2003.

Over the last 37 years, Mr. Bhawnani has personally conducted high-profile corporate fraud and corruption investigations. He has domain expertise in fraud analysis, international and domestic asset discovery, litigation support, and global crisis management consulting.

He is a speaker and moderator at investment and legal events and conducts integrity due diligence trainings for private equity investment teams.

Aarish Dhar

Mr. Dhar has over two decades of professional expertise and experience in B2B sales, account management, consultative selling and business development across industries in South Asia and Middle East.

Before joining FIOS, Aarish held sales management positions at Evalueserve, Thomson Reuters, and CPA Global. His key priorities included driving customer growth, enhancing customer retention, and enabling clients to make well-informed decisions.

Aarish holds a Master's degree in Operations Management from AIMA, Delhi, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University. His academic credentials, combined with his vast industry experience, make him a pivotal asset to Alea Consulting.
